Hubwall

Here I am nailing - for a good length of time that shall remain undisclosed - my good friend Haunty. His services to frogkind should be acknowledged ... and no that doesn't mean he's been working out how to improve the flavour of froglegs or even being kind to all things green.

And so ... Haunty. One of the quieter writers among HubPages, no doubt. But quiet doesn't mean he lacks ability and talent as a writer. He's wonderfully deep and incredibly analytical - and he can turn his thoughts into prose.

Personally he deserves more recognition for his written work. I doubt very much that he just dashes off an article in quite the same way as I do.

So - here's my good friend Haunty. Rather quiet of late but I'm sure he's around in the ether somewhere!

I also feel it's pointless just giving you a backlink to his profile so here's a few of his articles - all written in considerable depth and, in my opinion, each gives you an insight into the way he thinks and views the world.

First Early Roman Wars

This covers what the Roman Empire was all about, in relation to it's foundations. As Haunty points out in the first paragraph, it's difficult to find quality information due to the fact that most oft written about Ancient Rome relates to Emporers, wars and the way they conquered the countries around them.

This article could be used as a basis for a history text, it's so thorough, or just read it for the sheer pleasure of understanding how the Roman Empire came to be,

Now - this isn't Frog proof. I think you'd need a little bit more knowlegde than I've got to work through this guide but ... if you have more than a beginners understanding, then I think the title is self-explanatory. Have a read if you're considering webbsite building.

It is easy reading and, most importantly, it's understandable.

Third Are You Who You Were Ten Years Ago?

This one got me thinking. Because of course I'm not who I was ten years ago. And glad of it as well. And ... who is [now] what they were? Isn't one of the greatest aspects of life the fact that we grow, develop, stretch ourselves and our conciousness?

Haunty writes from the 'values' aspect. How they change (or not) and how events change us. His article challenges your perception of your values - and where you think yours lie (currently) and maybe even how you developed them in the first place.

Haunty does have other article published and I'm not asking you to read each and everyone. I only ask that you discover the quality of writer that he is. And if anyone finds him by way of this site, stop by and say hello to him. And click the green button before you leave,

That's the online equivalent of saying 'thankyou' ...
